Main screen (Home)
When opening the application, it will automatically show the information of the Start Menu (First icon at the left bottom of the screen).
The current balance is displayed in the center of the main screen.
Click on "Expiration Details" in the center of the main screen.
A screen will open with the following details.
The menu includes the following items.
- Telephone number.- Visible just by clicking on Menu
- Transaction history
- OXXO Pay
Clicking on "Transactions" displays your transactions history, including the following details:
- Date and time of purchase
- Data pack purchased
OXXO Pay .- There are 2 ways to access this function, the first one is by clicking on "Top up" at the middle bottom of the screen and the second one trough: Menu> Oxxo Pay (previously described).
The first time you access this function, some information will be required in order to continue.
After filling in the requested data and clicking "continue", you will see the screen with the packages available for purchase.
By selecting the package with a click, the only payment option available is displayed: OXXO pay.
After clicking on it, the application generates a reference number with which you can make your payment in OXXO.
Notice: "When you pay there are no additional charges"
The screen shows the steps to be followed in order to complete the purchase.
"Save screenshot" button
The first time you use the buttons to take and / or share a screenshot, you need to allow the app to use multimedia files saved in your device. Tap "Allow" to continue.
Share screenshot" through other applications.
By clicking on "Screenshot" the image will be saved in the gallery.
"Share" button shows the applications in your phone that can be used to share the screenshot (Whatsapp, Facebook, Messenger, etc.).
Online top-up portal
This screen will be shown when being out of data, either by its total consumption or reaching the package(s) expiration date.
- Click on "Select"
- Click on the package you want to buy
- You will see the reference number for payment in OXXO, "Find nearby stores" button and the Instructions on how to complete your purchase
Clicking on "Help" icon will show the Support screen with the following options:
Frequently Asked Questions
Create a ticket
This icon shows you tickets history of tickets ("My tickets").
By clicking on this icon, you will be able to reach out Support and attach a screenshot (if available) for better understanding of the problem they may have with the application or service.
With the "Magnifying Glass" icon, you can search for keywords to solve doubts.
By typing the keyword and tapping the magnifying glass (search), a list with related articles (FAQ) is displayed.
